I’ve got a problem with my order, who do I contact?

For any issues relating to orders from the club shop, please email shop@aocssh.co.uk. If you have bought an event ticket from the club shop, please email events@aocssh.co.uk.

When will my order be dispatched?

For items we hold stock for (stickers, accessories, membership cards), we dispatch a minimum of twice a week.

For made to order items such as clothing, we dispatch twice a month. This allows time for our supplier to make the order, and for quality checks.

For all orders you will receive an order dispatched email, once we have sent all your items.

What does the postage cost cover?

Currently the AOC Sussex, Surrey & Hampshire club shop has two postage rates. We use Royal Mail.

Envelope Postage (50p) – Covers the envelope (cardboard backed if required), and 2nd class postage.

Parcel Postage (£4) – Covers the packaging and 2nd class tracked postage
